It was my first visit and I already love the place! Shai is awesome, it was like visiting an old friend. Her shop is so cute and cozy, I felt very comfortable the whole time. She does great work and her prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Shai's By The Bay to anyone and everyone! Thank you, Shai... you made my day!

Shai is without a doubt the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I always look forward to appointments; she is wonderful with a phenomenal personality that makes you feel at home. I am always happy with my hair and her suggestions. She is excellent both creatively and in tending to hair.

I've been coming to this salon for 8 years. Shai is absolutely the best. I will not trust my hair care with anyone else. O get trifoil color done and haircut and color is always on point. I highly recommend her for all your needs. The best in town....

Shai is the only person I let cut mine and my sons hair! We always walk into her shop feeling like we are visiting a friend and leave feeling AND looking great 😉 The environment of her shop alone is top tier. So cute, always smells good and super clean. Plus, Shai makes for great conversation. Would recommend to everybody! 15/10
