You will always feel welcome there, rather its your 1st time or your 10, 000th time going, everyone becomes another family! It's a great way to learn discipline, respect and self defense becomes second nature. You become more flexible without even relizing it, and you also get exercise, which also helps lose weight or even tone up. Learning Taekwondo will stay with you for a lifetime. My children were thinking about coming back after a four year break. They took the free trial they offer (one free class to try it out) and missed it so much they decided to come back. That says a lot right there that my children missed taking Taekwondo classes! The staff is amazing! If you yourself have thought about joining or signing your child/children up you should come in, and try the free class. You will want to join this amazing Park's Taekwondo family! We all welcome you with open arms. I also recently learned that they have another location off independance in VA beach, which makes this amazing academy even more accessible.
