Front desk is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unsympathetic to ongoing and worse dental issues caused by the dental staff/student.

So grateful for this place! Without this dental office offering low-income rates, I probably wouldn’t be able to get regular teeth cleanings. Everyone is always very nice and they do a great job every time. Obviously filling out paperwork and bringing the right documents can be annoying, but I understand that is part of the process.

They have a sign on the door and said they will be open 8/18/2025 I came here when they opened NO ONE SHOWED up came the next day with multiple clients NO ONE showed up ! This is very unprofessional. Totally understand clients don’t have insurance but this is NO ONE TO TREAT THEM! The business hours or operations are incorrect. Why are you even saying your open if two days in a row no one came to worm

i had 5 surgeries (extractions) there, im 2016, and they all went great! They were able to get me set up with full denture plates as well. I highly recommend them!

Don't ever go here. What I thought was a convenient service actually turned into a nightmare. I went in for an extraction and was told they couldn't do it, due to swelling. I was okay with that. I was given antibiotics and asked to return. Sidenote: the nurse giving out the medicine said to the doctor laughingly she was going to ban the doctor from getting antibiotics because he was giving them to too many people.I returned and I was told again they could not do the extraction. I was told they could do a cleaning instead. I was then told 15 mins later that the chair I was sitting in and the machine to do the cleaning was not working. I was then told they would just do x-rays and I could return for the cleaning in two weeks because someone was in the other chair. I agreed and called back two weeks later to schedule the cleaning. The Director was very rude and said I was lying about the chair and machine not working. I explained to her that that is what I was told. The staff is very rude when it comes to low income especially if they feel like you can't pay the $25 fee. I am grateful for the fee but Director and some of the staff are very rude as if they deserve to treat people bad because of their income and they know possibly they can't go anywhere else. I missed two days of work which I already can't afford to do but I was in pain and needed help. I pray other dentist start providing cheaper services as a courtesy to the less fortunate so that they don't have to deal with things like this. I also hope that dental insurance becomes available soon because these programs are rude on top of lacking resources and it's unfortunate.

The front office staff needs improvement in the area of customer service. There is one front office staff member that is incredibly rude. I had an appointment scheduled and had a family member who took seriously ill. I tried to call them for 4 days prior to my appointment to let them know, I kept getting the fax sound tone instead of the answering machine. I believe I spoke to Amanda and she claimed the answering machine was on when it was not. I have on my phone where I repeatedly tried to call from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm with 18 calls trying to leave a message.I finally got through the day of my appointment and when I explained my family member was seriously ill and I could not get through, she was incredibly rude and said I missed my appointment when I had been trying to contact them for 4 days. I was charged even though I was trying to contact them for 4 days prior. It was not my fault they did not properly put the answering machine so I could leave the message and I kept getting the fax machine. I still have documentation of how many calls I made, the days, date and times. I am being penalized for a mistake their office assistants made. She said the office manager wasn't there and I would have to call back on Friday, which I did and at this time I finally was able to lease a message on the answering machine instead of hearing the fax machine sound. I left 2 messages with contact information and was not contacted back. The dental staff and students themselves are very courteous and respectful. They are always a pleasure to be around. The front desk however; is a different story, first impressions makes a patient feel like they treated in a no respectful manner and nervous to what the rest of the experience may be. Suggestion, Please kindly give your front staff some customer service classes as they would surely benefit from this!UPDATE: I called on Monday, Spoke to Jennifer she is the office manger, she has been there since I have been going and "always" been polite and has excellent customer service skills. I could not remember her name when I posted this. For those who have had the rude encounter with Amanda, I suggested you request to speak directly with Jennifer. Jennifer solved this issue and was very helpful in re scheduling.
