Yesterday was my second time getting my nails done here. The first time I went I asked for the Builder Gel with tips… got the dip powder with tips. Looked beautiful but wasn’t what I asked for. Yesterday I made an appt online and wrote specifically what I wanted (the dip powder nails to be removed and to have the builder gel put on). Got there and checked in. Receptionist is always super nice. I got the same person as last time and I told her what I wanted and she just kept nodding like she knew what I was talking about but she got out the same stuff as last time. I tried to say it again - I wanted the tips removed and I wanted builder gel. It took a while and others coming over to explain what I wanted but finally she understood. She continued to talk to the other workers for like 10 minutes and I could tell she was talking about me cuz she kept saying “builder gel” in English. Made me feel really uncomfortable, like they were making fun of me or something but maybe that’s my insecurities lol anyway… my nails look fantastic so I will be back. I know that English isn’t their first language but I just really wish they would make sure their staff knows exactly what the customer wants.
This is by far the best salon I’ve been to in a long time! They take their time with everything and the attention to detail is phenomenal! I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! Today Anthony did an amazing pedicure and fill with a perfect simple design by Leslie! The picture doesn’t do this duos amazing job justice!
I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now and always have a great time! Good prices, fast and good quality service. Annie, Katie, and Kim take such good care of you. I recommend the Milk and Honey mani/pedi.
