Today we attended my cousin’s funeral at Metropolitan Funeral Home at the Berkeley location in Norfolk. It was an emotional and very difficult day for our family. The staff as a whole was kind, but I have to give a special shout‑out to Ms. Sharon.
My daughter and I arrived early we beat the traffic that so many others got stuck in and before we knew it, Rhonda (a family friend) and I found ourselves taking the reins to set up for the repass. They never take the time to reach out to the insurance company I had to go up there and call the insurance company so they could talk you them. After having my husband body for a month just waiting very poor service I would say. It may just be the lazy new people they have there now it's getting worse we had six family members to pass in 2025 and this one is the worst I'll say.
