Shelita handled every detail of my mother’s arrangements with such professionalism and dignity, making sure our wishes were honored and that everything was exactly as we envisioned. Their guidance made the process feel less overwhelming, and their support gave us comfort when we needed it most.

We like to personally let y'all know our family appreciate the care y'all took for our family. Ms. Carema I'm not sure how you spell her name, she works at the Granby Chapel. She and the other lady was very professional .
Burying my son Terrell has been the hardest experience of my life. Ingrid took excellent care of any needs that I had. The staff (everyone) has been incredibly caring and generous with their time and patience. There was no question too large/small and my family was treated with genuine kindness. I was never rushed or treated as a “customer”. All paperwork or forms were thoroughly reviewed. The viewing process was respectful although it was very difficult for me, and I am quite impressed.
