Very personable and knowledgeable over the phone. When I got there, they figured out a better, less expensive solution to my situation. Rapidly programmed my key and fob, and cut an entry key. Tested all successfully. Bill was a little less than first estimated. There is a 3.5% charge for credit cards. That is becoming more common, so I was prepared with cash. Happy customer here. I would recommend.
I've had to get several key replacements for different reasons. The staff here at Maury Kroll has been extremely helpful every time! There customer service is top notch and their prices are reasonable.
Absolutely superb. Made an appointment weeks ago and today the technician showed up exactly on time, was extremely engaging, polite, and professional. Easily discussed issues, re-keyed my door, and checked back in before leaving. Best service call I’ve experienced in years.
