Kim is beyond amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, very detailed and genuine in her work and takes her time, I never feel rushed during my appointment. Her place is very cozy, clean, private, relaxing and comfortable. You will not be disappointed in her work. Highly recommended.

I went in for microblading. I got from Groupon. Con's: I had to email 3x for precare instructions for microblading. I was finally emailed it a week before the appointment and some of the instructions had specific guidelines to follow a month prior before the appointment. Also there was no prior consult before the appointment. Such as important questions if you take blood thinning medications. Which if you do microblading is not recommended. The question is on the clientele paperwork when you get to your first appt after putting down a $100 non refundable deposit. I was not offered any other services or if I wanted to rebook. It was like and in and out not expecting a return service. For the last appointment I showed up 30 min early. I rang the bell hoping to wait in the lobby with the AC, water and bathroom available. I instead waited in my car outside the business, no one came in or out but when I rang the bell closer to the appt time I was welcomed in. It was a bit insulting. Also the shading if you will notice in my photo isn't even on both brows even after a touch up. Now with the good. The establishment is beautiful. Kim follows all health codes and services were rendered and she was professional. She also offered to pay the extra time on my meter for the street parking. And I was made sure to be comfortable with a blanket if I got cold and a pillow under my legs for back pain. Kim has potential to be a great microblader but her technique and customer service need some more effort and work. Services were rendered, business was clean and sanitary.

She's sweet and thorough. Her studio is stunning and in an easy to find area. I showed her a picture of my expectations and she did great. My lashes are stunning.
