My first appointment at LWSS was a good experience. I am terrified of going to the dentist, but they treated me with patience, gentleness, and took their time to communicate with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this team of dentists, hygienists ♡, and staff!
I love taking my son to LWSS. He has been going since 3 years old and now he is 11. I have not had any bad experiences. The staff has been kind to him. They usually have conversations with him, which also helps him feel comfortable and like the patient. I would recommend LWSS for children.
Three month wait. Teeth where horrible and I was in a lot of pain. They measured my teeth and said my teeth were so bad I needed a specialist. Restated I was in pain. They apologized, the dentist told me to see my physician for underlying problems and sent me home. In pain. Scheduled an appointment with the specialist who also had a three month wait. Nice staff. But my previous dentist office dealt with the 5 month backlog and scheduled my appointment with a one day wait. Won't be back to LWSS.
