Patients report feeling no pain after treatment and appreciate the staff's efforts to make them feel at ease, even for those with dental anxiety. The office has a religious feel that makes patients feel good and in good hands. The dentist explains everything in detail and provides a mirror so patients can see what he's talking about, making them feel involved. The hygienist, Tiffany, is described as the most informative and thorough, keeping patients entertained and teaching them new things, such as how to relax during x-rays and use a special type of floss. Patients love the helpful and professional staff, as well as the Christian-based environment.
The staff was very friendly, and I was able to get my tooth extracted the same day. Took less than 5 minutes, overall my experience was wonderful
I had an emergency appointment for my eldest son 10 years old. My son was in pain for two weeks and no one would accept him because he has Medicaid. I told the administration staff my concerns regarding my son. Listen, this honey gave me same day appointment along with confirming the acceptance of Mediacid. Listen, the Dentist gave my son an x-ray. Saw the problem, wanted to schedule for a later date. After I stressed my concern of my son potentiallt enduring pain over the weekend. My previous dentist was a horror, I booked here and was able to be seen within the next week and have an extraction done for my wisdom teeth. 10/10 experience Dr. Haggerty is very personable and professional he did an amazing job reassuring me and making me comfortable. I would definitely recommend and his staff is very polite and helpful.
