Arcadia's service was quick and through. We appreciated being able to track when the field tech was on their way and that they were timely in completing everything. The customer service was very helpful in answering all of my questions!
These guys were awesome! Our water heater went out ON FATHER'S DAY of all days (literally water flooding down our driveway), and, not only did the owner answer the phone, they were out the very next day to assess the situation and handled things while we left for vacation. I would trust them with anything with my home - and will definitely use their services again (hopefully not for another flooding emergency!).
Fadi and Tathan were not only on time for their job, but 20 minutes early. They came prepared for the job. Would highly recommend them if you need property services. And equally as important is how pleasant these two men were while doing their job (in 90 degree temperatures).Service: Moving assistance
