I needed a root touch-up and trim while visiting family in Norfolk. I'm always anxious trying someone new, but I am so pleased with Krista. She asked questions about my color and hairstyle, gave me options and listened well. The result was outstanding. I had some uneven color from previous touch-ups and she fixed that as well as touching-up the gray. I love the trim and style as well. Thank you Krista! I will visit you next time I'm in Norfolk!

I had some issues with a haircut and color I received in another shop, my hair was a crazy red color with orange and blonde and the haircut was all uneven. I found Krista on yelp and she made me a appointment the next day. Krista took her time with my color and made it look nice and she gave me a really good haircut. My hair is thick and she texturized it well evened it up and made it look nice. I really appreciate the way Krista paid close attention to detail I will definitely be returning to Krista and would recommend her to anyone else.

Krista cut my sister's hair yesterday. Sister is in from out of town and this was a last minute appointment. My sister has some areas of thinning hair, so it's challenging to give her a good hair cut. Krista cut and styled her hair to flatter her and give the impression of more fullness. She was careful to talk about what my sister wanted, before getting started. Very kind and non judgmental, she made us feel comfortable and educated her about treatments and styling options to help with thinning hair.Services: Haircut
