Loved these dentists! Everybody was engaging, friendly and professional. This was my first visit and yet they made me feel like I was an old friend. The tech took all the x-rays, pictures, etc. quickly and painlessly. The dentist did a thorough dental checkup and provided good follow-up advice. The admin efficiently processed my insurance, requiring no payment from me. I’m definitely keeping them as my dentists.
My family and I have been going to Konikoff for almost 20 years. The office staff are friendly, the hygienists are excellent, and Dr. Alisa Smith-Kayal is very thorough. We are very pleased with Konikoff at Wards Corner. If you don’t like frequent reminders about your appointments you might find that irritating. Admittedly, as a busy working parent, I find them very helpful!
Other than my appointment starting 30 mins late because they were very busy, everyone I encountered was great. Tiffany the Dental Assistant was very cool and very easy to talk with. Truly made me feel welcomed all the while being professional. Dr. Smith-Kayal was nice and efficient and answered all my questions. And Haley the Hygienist quickly did her measurements, also answered my questions, and described what my next plans could be. All in all a nice first experience. Appreciate that.
