Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was called back quickly for my appointment and was not waiting around long for the PA (Julie) to arrive. However, her yearly examination was extremely rushed and she was talking so fast it was hard to keep up with what she was saying. The entire exam took less than 2 minutes. I didn’t have any major concerns, but it felt extremely rushed and like she was trying to get out of the room asap. Not the best bedside manner.

I have so many issues with this establishment. First off, when you call, you are never able to get the call to ring. If you somehow get the phone to ring, you now have to hope that someone answers. If someone does answer, you must face your next challenge which is hoping that the receptionist doesn’t put you on hold and hang up. If you are somehow by the miracle of god able to talk to someone, the receptionists are unhelpful and just trying to get you off of the phone as soon as possible.
Next is the wait. If you are able to successfully schedule an appointment at this disappointment of a doctors office, you will get here and be expected to wait 20 minutes MINIMUM because the doctor is always behind. On top of that another 15 minutes waiting for the doctor to come to the room the nurse brings you to. All of that waiting for the you to be seen by the doctor for maybe 10 minutes max.
I also was not fond of Dr. Schreiber and how he treated his assistant that was in the room. He was rude and condescending. Not to mention multiple times now I’ve been prescribed medication by Dr. Schreiber, but have had to wait weeks on end for it to get filled because of a mistake on the doctors end so the pharmacy is unable to fill it.
On more than one occasion, I’ve scheduled a follow up appointment, and then weeks later receive a text that states there is a “scheduling conflict” and I need to reschedule.
I just have so many issues with this place. It is wildly unprofessional and the amount of time I have to spend or wait for action to be taken is not worth it for how little time and effort the staff seems to put into caring about their patients.

Can't give a good review because I haven't even been able to schedule my appointment. I've called weekly for a month. No one ever answers the phone. I've been leaving voicemails, & haven't received a return call yet to do so. Will update once/if someone actually returns my call & I'm seen by a provider.

I had angry skin brought no by an allergic reaction. Very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep, etc. The phone staff went out of their way to get me seen within an hour! Dr. Fuller took great care of me. Gave me his mobile number so I could reach him if things got worse for me over the weekend. I am doing MUCH BETTER as a result. So responsive! So kind! So professional! Highly recommended!

Saw Julie PA. She was rushing. She asked questions and when I started to talk, she talked over me to tell to the assistant what to write. She did a “peek a boo” exam. It was comical. Maybe it was a bad day. Otherwise, everybody was nice.

We contacted the office to make an appointment to have “a nail removed” due to prolonged fungus infection. We had tried numerous other alternatives either no success. We specifically asked to see the doc. We showed up and found we were scheduled with a PA who had no interest in removing a nail as he proposed a 12 month treatment. It was only during the last 5 mins of the visit that he stated he could do it …. After we scheduled another appointment.
Driving an hour up from NC we rely on the receptionists to convey our requests so they can adequately plan. The PA was only pushing his 12 month pill plan and had zero interest in listening to me as the patient.

I had a lump on my neck and went and saw Kevin. He looked at the lump for about 20 seconds and decided it was a lipoma. He then cut my neck open and realised it wasn’t. As he was sealing it up, he was hitting my nerves and my shoulder was starting to heavily twitch. I am now left with a permanent scar and memory of a surgery I never needed. After all this he decided he still wanted his 700 USD for a useless surgery where he was wrong. If you enjoy being healthy and not having surgery based on a 50/50 guess, I would personally stay away. Thanks Kevin for the scar! Legend
