It was ok. I loved the table shower, but service was mah at best. Massage was too soft even after asking for harder. The lady kept leaving and texting and felt they shorted me time.

I am the mother of two teenage young ladies to whom I gifted each a Groupon to your Spa for Christmas. One is a college student who will be returning to campus soon. They showed up at their appointment slot today to redeem the Groupns. I was highly irritated when they returned home and told me how they were inappropriately treated upon arrival when attempting to use the Groupons. One employee even tried to get them to pay again on site for the services prepaid via Groupon. Please educate your staff on what Groupons are and how to professionally treat ALL customers presenting them.
