Bo was very friendly and welcoming. She finished my dress before the date I was given, which was an unexpected surprise. I felt the fee was very fair considering the material she had to work with and the alterations needed. I asked Bo for an estimate on the cost which she provided. Another reviewer was upset that the cost was more than or close to the price of her dress. That’s an unfair criticism. The cost of the dress doesn’t have any bearing on the cost to do alterations, that’s entirely dependent on the amount of work needed and how difficult the alterations are. I had a great experience and will go back for future alterations.
Lost 35 LB and she was able to take in all my Celine and YSL denim. They fit perfectly and somehow she even reused the same thread making the seams look original. Magic happens here. I am a customer for life.
