Came here, stood in the lobby for about 20 minutes with no sign of anyone. Came back a week or so later--no explanation or apology. Plus their repairs in my experience only last a few weeks. While it's better than the old Albano on Victory [they haven't lost my clothes yet], there has to be better cleaners out there.
The cleaning is fine but their delivery is extremely unreliable. I tried to call about repeated missed pickups but the phone endlessly rang. When I eventually spoke to someone they were rude and said that they don't do the deliveries so they didn't know what I was talking about. They then hung up on me.
Had my dry cleaners in and came back a few days later in perfectly fine condition... No complaints no nothing everything was good. Patches for the Navy were sewn on correctly and everything so definitely no complaints.
