Emma is a fantastic trainer. I’ve been working with her for the past two months, and I’ve made great progress. She’s incredibly patient and always makes sure my form is correct. She has taught me a lot about proper lifting techniques, exercise mechanics, and how to prevent injuries.
What I appreciate most is that she tailored my program to fit both my schedule and my current fitness level. The workouts have been challenging but realistic, allowing me to make steady progress. I’ve achieved results with Emma that I had never been able to get with other trainers.
