I appreciated the owner and other employees taking their time to help and educate me. I had two leaking/worn out water spigot stems I was trying to refurbish on my own with fresh packing/washers. Sets screws started crumbling away so I stopped in with the parts to try and replace the stem. Owner was straight forward and kind enough to explain it’s not a part they carry but can rebuild the stems for a fair price. Same day and about an hour later it was done and ready for pick up.
