I've been using Citizen K9 for my Xmas puppy's development. He stays there once a week and the experience has been lovely. My puppy gets wonderful training that translates well to his manners at home. He also gets socialization and puppy playtime. I've seen such a vast improvement in his demeanor becuase of this. My puppy even became less skitish around big dogs which was a concern I had early on. I get a report card from his stay as well as videos and photos of his day. It's a beautiful added touch. I trust Citizen K9 and intend to use them as long as I am in Norfolk.

Brandi and her team are highly skilled professionals in dog behavior and training and demonstrate true passion for helping dogs and their owners reach their potential. My dog was escalating resource guarding and reactive behaviors after a big change at home and I knew I needed professional help to be able to keep him with my busy schedule. We've been bringing our dog, Moose, to Citizen K9 for training and boarding for years now, and have always been extremely happy with the quality of service. Citizen K9 has recently added grooming services, and I am thrilled. Moose came back from his first grooming appointment smelling amazing, super clean and fluffy, his white fur looking very white and his paws shaped up nicely. Moose was boarding with with CK9 at the time, and the staff even went out of their way to make sure he stayed extra clean during the rest of stay. It is such a joy to have CK9 be our one-stop shop now for training, boarding, and grooming!
