Harlie and Journey were amazing. Journey did great with emotional support as I was upset with my cats condition from a previous doctor. It felt safe and welcoming there. I highly recommend.

It was a good experience knowing that our cat Sakura was in good hands and well taken care of during her surgery with Dr. Drew and the rest of the staff. Anytime we have brought a fur baby or a feather baby to Ottumwa Family Animal Care it has been a good experience and the staff has been very kind and helpful. We always appreciate that. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable vet. Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Got our Frenchie in for a C-Section and she was out and back home the same day taking care of her new pups. Couldn't be happier with the service here!!!
