I’m not from VA, this is my first time being in VA, I am here for 1 week and decided I wanted my hair braided, found them on TikTok, called and they took me the following day. Walked in at 5:00pm, got my hair washed, blow dried, combed, and proceeded to get my hair braided in what I thought I wanted and instead was directed to something better. I will start by saying overall my hair turned out great for the pricing. The only issues I had was my hair was started by 2ppl and then dropped to one who was on the phone while doing my hair. The first girl took another client and then came back to mine. I got small box braids and my hair was started around 4 something, I was there till a little after 11pm. I’m not sure if they needed a break but no one said anything. There was a point in time no one was doing my hair I think one braider went outside and the other idk where she went. I visited Cha Cha’s last Saturday as a walk-in after seeing great reviews, and I had to add my kudos too!:) The owner did an amazing job on my cornrows! It’s very neat and exactly what I wanted. Pricing was reasonable and was in and out in about an hour and a half. The service was fast and friendly. The owner is a sweetheart, the staff is nice , and the shop is very clean. SN: Please don’t be discouraged if the calendar is booked ;call anyway to check availability . They’re very accommodating with walk-ins!:) I will definitely be back again!!
