Are you considering getting your crawl space encapsulated? We moved from Richmond to Williamsburg several years ago. Our crawl space wasn't a problem in RVA, but just 60 miles east surrounded by water made a big difference. My body was already fighting mold, but I didn't realize that my crawl space was a breeding ground! Now that the job is done, I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bay Crawl Space! I'd like to thank Josh and Devon for the excellent work they did replacing the condensate pump to our dehumidifier. The work was done quickly and professionally. I especially appreciate the care taken to thoroughly go over the details and show their work.?
Met with Preston Frantz last week for an estimate on installing a vapor barrier and replacing insulation in my crawl space. Thoroughly impressed by his business manner, plan of execution and overall pleasantness. So impressed that I referred him to a new neighbor. Highly recommend. Additional review. Just had insulation removed by Rahshaan and Dave. They were two of the Most professional, respectful and polite workers I have ever had do work for me. Work was done in record time and I hadn’t been there, I wouldn’t have known they were there. Left no mess. Highly recommend.
