I was impressed with the technicians thorough explanation of my HVAC system and why certain problems arise. Patrick checked the outdoor compressor with his gauges and found the pressures were all good. The attic unit had condensation around the insulation that should have been sealed properly but was not to his standards. He is very experienced in his trade and does not mind explaining to his customer what certain things a homeowner could do to prevent major repairs in the future. I recommend and give a thumbs up to Air Speciality HVAC Co.
We have been using Air Specialty with my family for over 20 years. They are always very thorough and professional. Chandler has been out several times for us, and he is very knowledgable and does his best to explain how the systems work, so we understand everything he is doing! The office ladies are always pleasant to talk to as well!
Dan was excellent. This was my initial visit to review the HVAC system at my condo. Dan was knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of my system and performing required maintenance. Dan explained the maintenance procedure he was following and why it was necessary to keep my 9+ yr system in good working condition. Dan was patient with me when I asked multiple questions and provided clear and easy to understand responses. I am very pleased that he will be handling the maintenance on our HVAC system thru the maintenance contract we agreed upon today.
