“Lakewood took on a near-full gut renovation of our 1940s home, plus an addition and a new patio, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
We got several bids, and Lakewood's was significantly more competitive on both price and timeline. Like any renovation of an older home, there were surprises once the walls were opened up. Lakewood handled them in a practical, transparent way and kept the project moving. They still finished months earlier than others projected and at a cost that was reasonable.
What stood out most was how easy they were to work with. They were responsive at all hours and made every change we asked for quickly and without complaint, including the times we changed our minds. They also took care of a lot of small extras along the way without adding them to the bill, which we really appreciated.
We're now living in the house and love it. I'd highly recommend Lakewood to anyone taking on a major renovation.”
“As a retiree, I appreciated that from the first meeting I felt very comfortable. I never felt rushed or pushed and they were just very helpful in explaining to me the process. After that they worked with my insurance adjuster and this resulted in a complete roof and siding restoration, all covered 100% by my homeowners insurance benefits. I had no idea that I had hail and wind damage until they offered to inspect my roof, free of charge. They communicated clearly with me each step of the way. The installation was done quickly, neatly and on time as they promised. I highly recommend Freedom Roofing and Exteriors.Services: Skylight installation”
