Wonderful service by Johnathan. Friendly, helpful and came with everything to get the job done in one visit. Johnathan took the time to show how the new unit worked and how to troubleshoot any issues.
A tenant had a backed up sink and broken garbage disposal Sunday. Monday, I reached out to My Plumbing Heroes and everything went into motion to get the issue fully resolved in a timely fashion. Monday was the only day the tenant would be available this week and MPH accommodated.
From booking with Amanda to Jonathan's arrival, communication was seamless. I was kept apprised of Jonathan's arrival, received an email with photos of the issues and given three clearly defined estimates for replacements - cost, description, and warranty length. Gave the go ahead to Jonathan and the repairs were made. The invoice followed a few hours later.
