I’ve used Ziegler over the years. But my recent plumbing issues prompted me to use another company. I was charged $250 originally for no one to tell me the issue. I didn’t know the price until the following Monday and services were provided the Friday before. I had to call around to get a second opinion or maybe a first opinion of the issue since Ziegler had no clue!

We called them at 3:30P.M on a Friday and they were able to get a team to our house to fix a leak within the hour. A leak that if not fixed on that day would have put us without water untill Monday. Their office and service team were not only quick to get to us but were extremly thorough. I can't thank you enough Ziegler Plumbing. I will recommend you to all of my customers.

We had a leak in our waterline outside. Ziegler offered a timely, free estimate. They diagnosed the leak’s location pretty much immediately - and they were dead on. They gave us 3 estimates for 3 different solutions, ranging from a spot fix to a complete waterline replacement. They were professional, friendly and gave off the kind of “good vibe” I look for when seeking help with my property. They did an outstanding job. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Zeigler has been our plumber for over 20 years. From the very first call, one very chaotic thanksgiving evening to today, the Zeigler family and this company have set the bar for what I hope every company delivers in professionalism, quality, and honest dealing. Now, I know why the original home owner, from 1970-1991 had Zeigler's number written on the garage wall. They make sure I understand the process, have options, set expectations, and ensure I am satisfied with their work. Just now, Chris and Niko came by to inspect some plumbing done (by another company) during a kitchen remodel. They introduced themselves, asked salient questions, made sure they understood my needs, and then they got everything up to code and looking much better than the contractor left it. Every single dealing has been exactly this great for over 20 years.

I recently purchased a business and was having issues with the grease trap. I was very pleased to learn that Ziegler Plumbing and Sewer had previously serviced the site and was already familiar with the history of the system.
Ashley in customer service quickly confirmed that my location was an existing service site, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands.
James (I believe that was his name) was quick, knowledgeable, and already familiar with the property. He took the time to bring me up to speed on the service history, explain what had been done in the past, and walk me through how to properly maintain the system moving forward. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what was going on and how to correct the issue.
From customer service to the technician, the entire experience was professional and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Ziegler Plumbing and Sewer to anyone dealing with grease trap issues.

I recently had a concerning interaction with this company and feel compelled to share my experience. I had Chris come to my house to provide a quote for a hot water heater replacement. He was super nice and professional guy. He ended up quoting me around $1,900 for the job. We shook hands, and I was told I’d receive a formal quote the next day.
However, when the quote arrived, it was nearly $900 more than we had agreed upon. After calling to discuss this, I was informed about a lot of “extra work” that suddenly needed to be done, which was never assessed during the initial visit. There was little further explanation that could be provided.
I’ve never written a review before, but this experience felt incredibly shady. Felt disappointing to be misled, and I want to warn others that this company may not honor its word. Proceed with caution if you’re considering their services.

Had Chris out to the house to give me a quote for a hot water heater replacement. Super nice guy and very professional. He ended up quoting me roughly $1900 for the job. Shook hands and said he would have someone send me the quote the next day. Fast forward to the next day and the quote I get is nearly $900 more than what we shook on. In speaking on the phone now I’m being told there is a lot of “extra work” that needs to be completed. I’ve never written a review on a company in my entire life, but this just felt incredibly shady to me and has now also delayed me in being able to get it replaced. I would not recommend the company after this experience

I used Ziegler for issues related to toilets that would not fill. I called on Tuesday and they had availability the next day. Workers were quick and efficient. The bill was appropriate for the service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Number one hit for sewer services during internet search. My grinder pump was not working. They came. Made the problem worse. Said they could not fix it. Left. $385 please.
