Zenya Yoga Studio is truly a wonderful studio and community. The classes are thoughtfully designed, welcoming, and accessible for all levels, and the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do.
Highly recommend Zenya Yoga Studio to anyone looking for excellent classes, experienced teachers, and a welcoming yoga community.
I recently moved to Portsmouth, VA, and I feel I have found the yoga studio to call home. Zenya has a beautifully decorated space and kind, caring teachers. I have tried several types of classes on various days, and I really enjoyed them all. With fabulous membership options and discounts, Zenya is somewhere I will love to frequent - providing a consistent boost to my overall health, strength and flexibility.
I love Zenya in Neport News. The vibe is so chill. I've taken four different classes with five different instructors.The instructors are amazing. They create a safe space without judgement. The other yogis are also warm and approachable. I haven't practiced yoga consistently for at least a year, so for me the classes are challenging. But all levels are welcome. The classes are also affordable even on a fixed income. There is another location in Portsmouth. I have not visited the studio in Portsmouth yet but I'm sure it's just as chill.
