I just picked up my 2 cats today from Meow Manner. This was my first experience with them. My cats were there for 4 nights. For the most part, it was good however I do have a few issues. The staff isn't there all the time, which I didn't expect. I was told they usually come in during the week around 8:30 and they are there until 5:30 p.m. And on the weekends, they don't come in until 9 a.m. Both of my cats needed medication twice a day so that means they got their meds at breakfast and then again about 7 hours later at dinner. I asked this morning what time they had dinner last night and I was told around 4:30 but when I got there at 9 this morning, they had just opened and none of the cats had been fed yet so it was about 17 hours between feedings and giving the meds. I think that is awful. My one cat was getting a pain mediation and to go 17 hrs between doses is careless. And how many owners feed their cats on those hours? This place needs to have staff there for at least the early evening hours. Giving medications twice a day doesn't mean 7 hrs after one dose and then wait 17 hrs. to the next dose. Unfortunately this was our first and last experience there. The place is clean and you do have access to a camera to watch your cats but I think it's cruel to make an animal wait 17 hours for their next meal and their pain medications. The staff there should be properly instructed on what twice a day for meds means.

They respected my cat’s personality while taking complete care of her during her stay. I also loved that I could check through cameras and even talk to her. It was also nice to know that I did not have to worry about her being frightened by a barking dog. Love this all cat atmosphere. We will definitely be using their service again!

I’ve taken my cat Winston here twice so far and I can always rely on the staff there to keep him happy! It is always clean, and there is a calm atmosphere that Winston has been able to quickly adapt to despite being a bit antsy about new places. I typically don’t bother writing reviews, but am well aware of how hard it can be to find a place that boards cats, so hopefully this can help someone make a decision.
They are reasonably priced and are generous with scheduling. I have not run into any issues in scheduling, timeliness, or a lack of availability. They are very accommodating to Winston’s needs and I always get picture updates as well.
I’ve always picked him up just the same way I brought him in. Highly recommend, and this is my go to place when I need to be out of town!

Meow Manor is amazing. It is the only place we will leave our sassy little girl. They are amazing with her. We get daily updates on her and can check in on her through their camara system whenever we want.

I think the world of Meow Mannor my Lemon has a great time here and he does not want to leave . The staff does a great job of keeping his room clean and smelling good . Oh they also have cameras there so you can see your cat while they are there. I recommend Meow Mannor to anyone who has a cat and needs a place to Board there cat.

My Natalie has been staying at MeowManor about one week a month for several months. The team of cat caretakers there are fabulous and take such great care of my baby! They are kind and sure the cats are taken care of and get play time out and about. I highly recommend MeowManor for anyone seeking a great place for their cat to staycation!!

Absolutely love this place for my cat. Wish there were places like this in more cities. My husband was sent to Langley AFB and while we were there we used them multiple times. Love that they have so many options and it is JUST cats! This place is a blessing for any cat lover that has to leave their baby while they travel. Love the camera system where I can see her and they email pics too. We are no longer in the area and I sure miss being able to leave her here.
