Oh my gosh I love this place. Clinton is so amazing nice and very very very good at piercings!!! Would recommend. Everyone at the front is awesome and nice.

Walked in and received the worst assistance. First no greeting and they made me feel like I ruined their day. I don't allow anyone to kill my vibe. I walked in happy and excited to give this place a chance. It was clear it was not going to be the place for me after interacting with the staff. I took my business elsewhere. Luna Estelle in Hampton is now my go to spot. (Yes I'm name dropping. And no I don't work for them.) It's luxurious, relaxed, and the staff is awesome. My suggestion to management is to hire new staff or get some customer service training STAT! People are trusting you to be competent and make them feel like they are a priority. Demand your staff no matter how close you all may be to get it together. You have a real problem with your front staff. Remember you might be convenient for some but your not the only piercers in town. Word of mouth is powerful. Get your house in order!

Took my 79 yr old mother to get her ears pierced today. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. The tech took his time and explained everything. My mother is extremely happy and enjoyed the entire process. She said it was painless and she felt very comfortable with everything. The staff truly made her day a bright one. There was a bit of a wait but well worth it. The staff was so good and patient with my mother. I highly recommend.

Iv been here multiple times and it always feels like im visiting family. They are very informative about any and all piercing. We requested a manger to be with us. They happily accepted, The level of care they have is well worth everything.

I got my septum pierced (I’ve wanted it done for years) as a divorce gift for myself yesterday. The front desk lady was helpful and professional with everything (she’s the manager). She had someone come in before/during my piercing that wanted to get just the jewelry no cleaning and put it in themselves and she stood her ground and did not allow it, which put me at ease. My piercer answered my questions and helped my anxiety about needles! They were so amazing and I am definitely going to recommend them to anyone who needs a piercing! By far my best piercing experience!

This location has been my first and only location I get all my piercings from. 10/10 highly recommend. Cleanliness top tier! Chelsea is an amazing boss. Catch them while you can they are always busy.
