I had an amazing experience at Sundays Tanning Salon! The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing, but what really made the experience stand out was Reese. Her knowledge about tanning, skincare, and finding the right options for your skin type is exceptional. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different beds and products, and made me feel completely comfortable. Reese is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping clients achieve the best results safely. Highly recommend Sundays Tanning Salon — and definitely ask for Reese!

Its more than just a tanning salon. The equipment they provide are amazing. There is always something available and I never have to wait. The girls are amazing. The cleanliness. Professionals and high quality machines is a game changer. I have never been to another tanning salon that can even compare to them.

Loved this place at first due to all the types of beds and services - then I moved and didn’t go for 2 months and tried to cancel, was still charged - they make it impossible to cancel and continue to try and charge you - employees aren’t helpful at all just push you off to Wendy and she doesn’t help either! I’ve filed a complaint with the bbb and tried to even speak with the owner - do not recommend this place anymore unfortunately

after being a member since they opened their first store i am horrified to have to say how disgusted I am with sundays. I have been a member for over 30 years. I developed skin cancer(imagine that) and had to have surgery. I froze my account in August but somehow they didn't get the freeze. I explained to them in detail that I did call and freeze and explained the medical situation. and Sunday's official response was not even hey sorry to hear of this I'll get it frozen for you. their response was *we have no records of a phone call from this number to freeze it* of course not because they r contacting me on my sons phone. I will be sharing my story every second of every day until I impact Sundays in the way they just impacted me with their heartless response. u guys suck. period.

experience terrible customer service. Kaylee was the worst and then several months later after not using my membership. I chose to cancel. I called to cancel my accounts cuz my husband and I were both signed up for unlimited and the guy only canceled mine so when I called back he said that I can't do that. when you call you have to specify each of the accounts and he wasn't willing to help in any way. sad.
