We bought an older home in Poquoson and needed to give the front a much needed update. Nahum did our design for us, which was a bit tricky, due to the age of the home, but he came up with something that we never would have thought of. it came out beautiful. To be honest, we had a few communication hiccups mainly due to the timing. It took about 3 months, but given the covid environment, I don't think it was unrealistic. I read previous reviews of them not answering the phone,etc., but I never experienced that. I was very impressed that Crystal was always courteous and talked me down when I was frustrated. Company agreed in September to pay for the damaged stove though the check did not appear until December. I bumped them up a notch for doing that, though there's still a lot of work to do restoring their reputation.
