First and definitely last time. Took my son and stepmom to get haircuts. On the better side of things, the service was prompt for my son and he got a good haircut. The shop was clean. On the other side of things, he got every impatient with my 5 year old, because he sneezed (allergies). I apologized, but that wasn't enough. My stepmom didn't get her desired haircut, because of a misunderstanding. Rashidi said he couldn't adjust it because that's what was paid for and the new cut would take too long. Rashidi's attitude toward the customers could use some adjustment. Whoever handles the booking system for S.K.I.L.L is dishonest. Both services were rendered, however, when I went into the Booksy app to see if the transaction had processed and to leave a review, the appointment was marked as a no-show (picture attached). 0/5, wouldn't recommend.

Great cut. The owner did a wonderful job of cutting my hair and lining my hair and beard. He has a soft touch while he is working on your hair.I suggest that you patronize this barbershop. You will leave satisfied.

All I can say is if your white stay away from here I was in here getting a hair cut these guy well clown in disrespect every non color person that walks in we'll talk a lot crap once they leave and intentionally mess up there cut as a person of color myself I'm disappointed in my own race

Walked in with my son to get a quick cut. Nobody was waiting. Nor was anyone up front. After waiting 5 mins for someone to come out. He says very rude you need to make an appointment and just gets on the phone. So I wait to make an appointment and he shows us no interest. So we walked out. Poor customer service.
