Rica is extremely professional. She took care of me from start to finish. I sold my house in VA and moved to FL. In doing so, I could not be available when issues arose. Rica handled everything for me including replacing a window, handling electricians coordinating roof inspections, solving a utility issue and changing lights out. I have no doubt that she would have handled even more if the need was there. Between her fast responses to my questions, her ability to work with less experienced realtors, and her flawless courtesy and professionalism, there is no way I would ever choose someone else. If you want your house sold fast and don't want to have to worry about anything at all then Rica is perfect for you.
