I began with Pilates Etc a few years ago at the recommendation of my doctor due to back issues.I quickly learned that Pilates is serious exercise and I was able to avoid planned back surgery.Pilates Etc is the best!!!
Pilates Etc. Is a gem! Stephanie, the owner, is a phenomenal instructor. Her classes incorporate exercises on all modes of equipment and she's always changing it up to keep it exciting. She is able to help you specifically and also work around any limitations. I was doing pilates for several years before I moved to the area. I feel very fortunate to have found Pilates Etc!!
Stephanie is amazing! She is so knowledgeable of the body and all the intricate movements of our bodies! She helps her clients move their body in a way that heals and strengthens! Highly recommend!! Definitely give Pilates Etc a try!!
