As a first time home buyer I was already unsure if purchasing was right. Because of my student loans which aren't in default my approved amount wasn't as high as I had liked. As a first time home buyer I know that I qualify for a few programs. I was working with George who was trash. Very unhelpful, very rude and short when trying to talk to him, stopped returning my calls and emails. I was never disrespectful to him or rude. And whenever I had questions I had to ask the realtor and she would ask him. He would respond to her but not me. Because the rates kept going up it kept dropping my approval amount. Again he never told me this information only the realtor. He finally told the realtor that I should try someone else. As a first time home buyer OMV Financial has made the process very discouraging and stressful. I guess if you're not getting over a certain amount you are not worth their time. Oh, I've also asked to talk to the manager/ supervisor and of course never heard back. I will never attempt with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The entire refinance process was quick and streamlined, with little to know delays in the process, even in the midst of this global pandemic. Loan officer was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend to others.
