Where do I begin? My Eye Dr has an overall good rating, except for this location! Since new management the receptionist "HOLLY" is nasty, rude, short, unprofessional, and not customer friendly AT ALL!!! She has a very nice nasty persona and she tends to lead with sarcasm. She seems as if she has ZERO knowledge of the job that she does from looking at old scripts, knowing the procedure of how to order glasses or contacts. I mean the list goes on. After I get my glasses I won't be returning simply because of her. She must not know how important her job actually is. They do not work with uninsured customers like website claims. I spent 400 for an eye and contact exam and had an issue they were unwilling to fix. I received a trial pair of contacts that were supposed to last me a month and didn't even last 24 hours. When I went to put them on the next morning one of them was ripped. I called and let them know the situation, hoping they could give me a new trial pair. I wanted to purchase an annual supply of that brand, but wanted to make sure that was a fluke experience. I'm am giving 1 star because it wasn't the receptionist fault, she just had to follow protocol and she was nice. But horrible business because I confirmed online through the automated text message for my daughter and myself. I get to the business and check in and she said she wasn't able to confirm it from online and said she left me a VM to confirm. Back in the day you make an appt aint no confirming. I understand to utilize your business with customers. But this was ridiculous and now have to wait till next month. Because this is the only office that accepts my insurance (Medicaid) since I have to see an in-person dr and their other offices switched to virtual appts....read full review
