The Customer Experience is amazing. I just visited for the first time to have my blazer altered and the lady advised that instead of getting it tapered, I can just change the position of the button. When I checked her theory, it was the perfect idea, which I agreed to. Alteration that would’ve cost me $45, only cost me $4. These Ladies are exceptional.

From the start to the end the ladies here did not come off very pleasing or inviting to work with. They didn’t take me serious from the moment I walked in and had a bothered attitude through the entire interaction. My business clearly wasn’t needed or appreciated here so I’ll be going elsewhere.
