I have to give them 5 stars for patience alone. Today I went to get a pedicure and I witness the most disgusting behavior from 2 customers for the smallest of things. If you don't care for a business stop coming there. Stop complaining everytime you come there trying to discounted services. I love Mary she does a great job. Some of these owners need to start refusing service. All money isn't good money. Your staff should not have to endure verbal abuse from broke ppl who can't afford services. Put them out its not worth it. #customersarentalwaysright

This is the only nail shop that I go to in Newport News and I’ve been coming for years. While there are a few different nail techs in there, but there are 3 I prefer due to the quality of work. Also, they get me out within a reasonable amount of time no matter how involved my design is. I will say, if you don’t or can’t speak up for yourself then do not come here. You will leave with something you did not want every single time. If you can or will speak up for yourself then you will be fine. I been a loyalty customer for over 8 years ,they are pretty good, so I finally try the individual lashes for the first time, why the next day they were coming a loose, I paid 30 dollars for this and they are coming a loose I went back there Michael fixed it with no change, but two days later the same thing happened again, so I asked him to take them off and get an new set which he change me 30 dollars again, the next day it came off again, maybe it's me or the glue he used don't work, but keep in mind it's just one eye lashes that keeps loosing up, I am going back again to let him glue it back, if it loosing up again I won't be getting them again.
