Most of the doctors and nursing Staff seem pretty OK but there's one woman at the front desk who acts intolerable. She refuses to be kind or nice. Her personality is more suited to the job of a collection agent or corrections. She creates a hostile tone for phone calls or the start of a visit. Not a good welcome to a medical visit.
