I have been seeing Dr Shockley now for over 3 years and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She has always been very patient and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Office staff is also always very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this office and Dr Shockley !!

I’ve been going to this particular office before it was associated with HRE and Riverside. First I saw Dr Spellman and once I had to book so far in advance, I started seeing Dr Shockley. She has been most helpful with my eye condition. The front office staff are good and could smile more.

I made an emergency eye exam and even with the holidays, I was able to be seen in a timely manner to keep my eyes healthy. For that, I am grateful. Compassion, friendliness, thoroughness, passion and competancy are all traits I desire when seeing a healthcare provider. I saw Dr. Kueny today and she checked all those boxes. She was delightful.

Dr. Shockely 0 stars! She is the worst. I would have given this place 5 stars from my first experience with the staff and Dr. Kueny. They were great. Unfortunately, I have seen Dr. Shockley my past 2 visits (both urgent reasons) and because of these two experiences I am looking for a new Ophthalmologist clinic. Do not see her if you want to have a doctor that listens to you and is empathic. She does not listen and is definitely not empathic. She is condescending and talks to you in a belittling tone when she is ready to move to next patient. She loves to remind you she is smart because she is a doctor. (Although, I am not sure who she is trying to convince, the patient or herself). I would go as far as saying she is a generally miserable person and will let you know it by projecting her misery onto the patient. Please don't be a young women trying to see her, or expect to be insulted by passive aggressive comments. The reply to this comment will probably be lack of accountability, don't be surprised. If you have to come here just avoid Dr. Shockley and your experience will probably be a pleasant one.

I rated a one star based Dr. Nadia Shockley. She was rude, sarcastic and has a nasty attitude. My spouse had a stroke that left him non verbal, wheelchair bound, and r-side paralyzed. She was extremely insensitive towards him. She was argumentative towards my inquiries even reminding me that she was the doctor to reject my questions. The staff are lovely. Dr. Shockley is bad.
