Great experience. I like that they keep a record of how I want my hair cut. I have been waited on by four different stylists and each has asked I still want a #1 all over or something else. All of the stylists are very friendly and efficient.

Stylist were awesome. Great customer service. My stylest took my wierd suggestions and made it like I wanted. Took notes so the next time I will be able to have the same cut. Great location by the gate of Fort Eustis. Even though I am about 30 min away from this location I will come back because when someone can do your hair like you want...its worth the time and distance rather than have bad hair. Good thing they have an app to schedule apppointments. If im coming that far dont want to wait hours. No matter the stylist youll get excellent service.

Manny did a really great job, I went in and showed him a picture of how I usually get it and didn't really have an idea of how I really wanted it but I said "you're the professional I was hoping you could help me figure out where to go with it and just make it look good" and he was like "I got you!" Super friendly, and a really awesome job, he gets 5 stars for sure, thanks again.
