Used them about 2 years ago. We dropped 2 dogs off and the very next morning we got a text that our smaller dog had a gash on her back. She was sliced open from shoulder to shoulder! Lady said she didn't know what happened. My dog had to have 4 tubes inserted to help the drainage from surgery. The vet didn't think she was going to make it being that she is a Chihuahua and such a large wound. She did ended up healing but has movement problems. I would never recommend and have even ask Rover to remove her.

Not speaking on the care they provide inside the home, they are illequipped to deal with dogs on the outside. With a 4ft fence, countless dogs have jumped out of the yard into neighboring yards with other dogs as well as into the busy road it is on the corner of.
The owner has admitted she cannot control her own two small dogs and I fear for how they handle more, larger ones.
With the comfort and security of the pet being of the utmost importance, I feel bad for the owners who don't know that their dog is literally roaming the neighborhood while they're on vacation.
