Communication was clear and consistent, which made the entire process stress-free. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was professional from start to finish.
He worked efficiently without ever cutting corners, and his attention to detail truly shows in the final result. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The transitions are clean, the lines are straight, and the overall finish looks incredible. My floors completely transformed the space, they look amazing!!!

Even gave up a weekend to help us make it happen. Over 1,000 sq ft of carpet removal and floor installation in less than a week. We are beyond grateful for him and his team!! Troy has completed TWO amazing projects for me! First, he redid the floors in my den with luxury vinyl tile. His crastmanship was perfection. I was so pleased. Second, he just completed a tile project in my main bathroom. All new tiles in the shower and the floor. Pictures don't do it justice.
Troy provided guidance and expertise every step of the way. He even went to the store with me to pick out the correct products. Both projects were completed in a timely manner. He understood that we needed to live in the spaces we remodeled.
