My one year service was due and I asked they could look at my fireplace too. The young man who came was professional, polite and productive. He had my fireplace back on line and inspected /serviced my new furnace in a reasonable amount of time. I feel much better prepared for the upcoming storm! Thank you for being so helpful.

Although I ultimately chose a different HVAC company, I had a very positive experience working with their representative. They were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
