Matt took care of a clogged drain on a Saturday afternoon; it was challenging, but he was diligent and got it fixed..if he hadn’t gone the extra mile our 91 yr old mother wouldn’t have had water/toilets for another day. Will definitely recommend.
My complex called Drain Wizard to come out to my townhouse for a clog in my drain that two bathroom sinks connect to. I was hesitant because a different plumbing company (A Hampton Roads Plumbing) has come out on two different occasions for a clogged pipe and ended up busting them wide open, flooding my townhouse. Rob & Wyatt explained everything and gave me confidence they knew what they were doing. They managed to get the clog out without issue and also spotted that I didn't have ptraps in any of my three bathroom sinks. They made sure to put ptraps in same day.
