We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone is friendly. We were most impressed with the quality of our shelves. Before our shelves were chintzy and you could rip them out of the wall. Now, the shelves are like Tim Taylor more power, except Al built them.
I reported a problem with a toilet flush valve installed 4 years ago as part of a bathroom remodel. Criner sent a serviceman the same day, he made a trip to acquire the part and then installed it for me. This was far above any remaining responsibility Criner had and I greatly appreciate their customer loyalty.
We just had our downstairs 1/2 bath converted into a 3/4 bath stealing space from the bathroom closet and adjacent den closet. The project went very smoothly from start to finish. Paul Criner was very easy to work with, and his staff did an excellent job helping develop a design to fit our small space while meeting our needs. Their designer Sarah Przybyl was extremely helpful helping us to pick out the materials and fixtures and the Project Manager, Jet did an outstanding job managing the project and doing a majority of the work. Jet cleaned the work area thoroughly before leaving every day and was a pleasure to work with.
