They act like doctors who wanna help you and they’ll listen to your story but I had one drug test that came up inconsistent and see. I don’t even do anything Especially because I was trying to get back on my meds that I am entitled to Through trauma and tribulations once again just another Doctor pertaining to care. It’s so unfortunate that this practice has great clinicians and such a terrible front office :( When I started seeing my psychiatrist I asked to be added to the waitlist for a therapist in 2023. The waitlist doesn’t exist. If I hadn’t asked, I would have never been called. At my most recent follow up I stood at the check in window while two receptionist talked with one another. Didn’t acknowledge my existence even after I made eye contact with one. I work in healthcare and it makes me sad that this how a demographic of vulnerable people are being treated. Will be following my psychiatrist when she leaves the practice, thank God.

I have seen Ms. Krista Grimmett since March. My 6 month virtual 20 minute follow-up appointment due in December had cancellations. I was dropped by ms. Krista on December 4th without a verbal warning nor did she check-in to see if I was okay. I was informed by the receptionist who stated she could not help and I was not allowed to speak to Ms. Krista. Ms. Krista refused to refill my medications for the month, allowing me to go into withdrawal. I am not in any addictive medication nor opioid. Most of medications are for suicide ideation and mental stability and paranoia. Ayer my therapist called 3 times, finally getting ahold of Ms. Krista, she agreed to provide a 1 month refill, while still dropping me. The refill was only sent in for one of my medications. Zero compassion and a lack of care. I was able to get a refill from the outpatient facility I was in 8 months ago, who had immense compassion and quality care. I start with a new provider this week. I would avoid this office and provider at all costs.

they don’t want to help you when you already have a plan in place they just want to control you and say what THEY think will work for you. they have no desire to actually help people. they are condescending and rude and treat you like you’re stupid. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ACTUAL HELP.

This place is supposed to help people navigate their mental health not make it worse. The constant voicemails needed to even receive a call back is absurd. Whenever I’m lucky enough to get a call back the receptionist always has a snot nose attitude as if I’m bothering her. Today was the last straw. My prescription was sent in 7/15/25 and the pharmacy requested approval 3 separate times. On Monday the receptionist told me they’ll get to it when they get to it. My prescription has lapsed at this point. I gave it a day and called again today. Same thing. Finally after the 3rd voicemail it was pending. The receptionist not only calls from a blocked number but expressed her struggles as a stay at home mom while working. I asked to have a manager call me back and was greeted with a scoff and a call back immediately after by the same rude receptionist letting me know I’ll receive a email basically blacklisting me. Imagine also having a toddler, running a business with employees, and working with full effects of withdrawal because your meds aren’t filled. I left 6 more voicemails demanding to speak to someone in charge. They pump you full of pills, lapse your meds regularly, and couldn’t care less of the effects withdrawals have on you. They don’t listen on the monthly check ins to see if the pills are helping. Just a 5min video chat and another $50 withdrawn from my bank account. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE struggling with mental illnesses. DO BETTER

My provider is Bryant Parsons, and him and the practice have been wonderful and more helpful than any other doctor I've visited in the past, and my provider in particular has been amazing. The medication was right in record time and everyone really goes above and beyond here. I could not recommend them enough, if there was an option for bonus stars I would for sure give them.

Front desk is horrible

Another mental health provider that does the bare minimum.

I have been going here for years and years. Both my partner and I go there. We see Dr. Jessica Adams. She is always up to date on what we need. Makes us very comfortable. She always makes sure we have enough medication each time. When we had to call, we have had no problems getting through to her. She returns messages quickly. If your having a problem with the front of the house staff answering the phone, why don't you just leave a message for your provider instead of going through the front. You do have that option on the phone. Although I have yet to have a problem with the people up front. Great place, great doctors. Nice to be able to have a Doctor that truly cares.
I did finally get into it with office staff. Very difficult to deal with. Doesn't work with you at all. If it wasn't for my Doctor I would not deal with this at all . Also tells you things that are not true.

First of all my dr is awesome. It is not about her. Please listen to the other reviews. The receptionists are very discourteous, rude and disrespectful. The ENTIRE front desk needs to be replaced. It is a shame that in this type of field where people need to be courteous and sensitive they have people like that at the front desk answering the phones and the office manager is even worst. They all need to be fired and replaced with people that actually like their job.
