The Children's Clinic Ltd. has been providing medical care for multiple generations of families. While some patients have mentioned that the facility may be a bit outdated and there can be wait times, the overall consensus is that the staff and care they provide are of high quality. However, there has been a complaint about a doctor's unprofessional behavior, disregarding the presence of a parent during a consultation with their child and making inappropriate suggestions. The clinic's specialty is pediatric care, and they have been commended for their family-oriented and friendly approach.
Dr. Taylor and the front office staff are absolutely wonderful! The front office staff helped me get everything set up and squared away for my newborn's first appointment, and Dr. Taylor was very kind, informative, and answered every question we've had. He helped us feel much more confident as first time parents. The same goes for Dr. Griffiths. He helped us understand quite a few things like weight loss/gain, feeding and sleeping, and even the mild oozing from the umbilical cord as it falls off.
Everyone here is wonderful and really helped us feel much more at ease. I definitely recommend this pediatric office!
Doctor Balderston was AMAZING! We’ve never had a doctor spend so much time with us! She made us feel so comfortable and addressed all of our concerns. We are truly happy that we chose this office!
This office is incredible. They take the time to make sure you feel heard. My children have been going here for over 13 years. All providers are caring and considerate. The office staff works diligently to ensure you can be seen quickly. LOVE them all!
