Firstly, I am not the person to write bad reviews and typically will just move on silently, but this is an instance that needs to be noted for the sake of others. I received a color service and trim today, 6/26/26 for the first time ever at this salon and with this stylist, and I left underwhelmed and unhappy at the state of my hair and overall service I received. I provided an inspo picture (pic 1) to my stylist (who I don’t wish to name drop publicly) and stated that I wanted a root smudge, bright face framing pieces, and blended neutral ashy highlights similar to the inspo picture shown. Picture 2 is the hair I walked in with while picture 3, 4, 5 & 6 is the hair I walked out with. The stylist never asked a follow up question after asking to see my inspo or communicated anything with me (price, where I part my hair, my personal likes, dislikes, hair goals/type or texture - absolutely nothing) mind you, this was my very first hair service with her.
I’ve had my hair done enough to notice the way she was applying the highlights was lousy and chopped, however I also understand that I’m not the professional stylist so I took the approach of “trusting the process” and letting her work in peace until the blow dry where I can truly see the work that was done, which I was not pleased with at the end of my appointment, however I played off my disapproval as she was the only stylist/worker left (not the owner) and I was the last client left, and her boyfriend was there, so I felt my hands were tied in advocating for myself properly. I observed the work closer after getting to my car and was devastated to the point of crying. My hair is already an insecurity of mine as it is quite fine and low volume, now I honestly don’t want to go in public because I don’t feel confident about any of it. People (myself included) save up and pay a lot of money to upkeep their hair in this economy (especially blondes) and to walk out of a salon not even close to what you asked for, with unrinsed product/color still on your hairline, devastated and shoddy hair work at best is completely unacceptable.

I love this salon! I mean, what else do you need to know? I have been going to Nicole, owner of the salon, for over a decade for both waxing and esthetician services (facials). I have been with her as she’s worked in various locations but I knew when she opened her own salon it would be something special. She has meticulously chosen each professional that works in the salon to ensure they can meet everyone’s needs. Not only is everyone kind but the space is gorgeous and calming. I’ve even referred friends who now love this place as much as I do. One of my friend got their hair colored there and it was gorgeous! Check out this salon you won’t regret it!
